Changes to Zoho's Recurring Bills
In case you use Zoho Books' Recurring Bills module, where you can set up templates for vendor bills that occur regularly throughout the year, you may have noticed a change. Zoho Books recently changed the way that recurring bills are automatically entered into Books. Zoho Books used to leave the Bill# blank. Now their system is forcing something to be entered into that field. They're pulling the names of the recurring bill templates and the bill dates and combining them as their naming convention for the Bill# field. It makes it looks like a human entered the bill when, if you check the Notes & Comments of the bills, that Zoho Books is the "user" that entered the bills.
